One truth about me is that I love Raising Cane’s. I eat Canes constantly. There is just something about their sauce that is so good. Canes is my comfort food; the chicken, fries, toast, and sauce just go perfectly together. The chicken is so flaky and has just the right amount of breading. The fries are perfectly salted. The bread is perfectly toasted. It’s just perfect, everything about Canes is just perfect.
I have had so many memories made at Canes, with friends and family both. After madrigals, a group of us would end up at Canes because it was such an easy meal, and you have to put in no thought into what you are ordering. It takes a lot for a restaurant to be my favorite, but Canes is always a hit; it has never been bad once.
I talk about Canes constantly, and I do honestly get a little upset when people just say it is mid. To me, Canes is perfect; they just do everything right, and it is so comforting to know that it will always stay the same. One time I had it 4 times in one week just because it was a bad week, and I felt like everything around me was changing, but I knew that my order would not.
A three finger combo, extra sauce, and a large sweet tea. I always get a large sweet tea because I love having something to constantly sip on. A meal has never felt like home before, until I tried Canes. I remember the first time I tried it, it was when the restaurant first got to Springfield, and I was so excited. I had seen videos, and I just knew it would be good. As soon as I tasted it, I knew I would be back. And, trust me, I have been back. I know some of the workers by name and recognize them when I see them in public. I have not been a lot lately, because it is a little on the pricier side, and I am broke right now.
Overall, I love Cane’s, and I could not imagine going about life without/hating Cane’s. I hope it stays in business until I die so that I can eat it when I am 95 at home. I hope that I never get sick of it, so I can say I love it for the rest of my life!
